Our Mission
Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) is a way to exploit societal divisions and erode trust in European institutions and democracies. By the time harmful narratives are detected and measures are taken, their intended goals have already been reached. We must respond more efficiently.
Nomos' goal with this pilot is to test client demand and validate how requests for intelligence are scoped, researched, reviewed, and delivered. We aspire to lay the foundations for a European OSINT marketplace and lead the way for a new era of collaboration in the intelligence sector.

Stronger access to OSINT is essential in responding to information threats and for Europe's future resilience. Our long-term goal is to make affordable, quality-assured reports available to European organisations and strengthen the connection between the public and private sectors and independent expertise. To ensure that the battle against misinformation is fairer, we must democratise access to intelligence.
Quality-Assured Research
Every single analyst participating in the pilot is vetted. A senior analyst will check every completed report for methodology, sufficient evidence and relevance. The final report is delivered to the client only when the assigned senior confirms that the final report is up to standard.
Security and Anonymity
The future NOMOS marketplace will be designed around need-to-know access and separation of client information and secure communication channels. Project details will be visible only to assigned researchers and authorised NOMOS personnel. Analysts may operate under professional aliases while our team vets their legal identities.
Rapid Deployment
FIMI research is a time-sensitive matter. The future marketplace will be designed to ensure investigations do not get left unclaimed for an unreasonable amount of time and reduce delivery delays. Faster access to expertise does not imply the absence of responsible handling during the research process.
